• Attempting to reverse engineer, de-anonymize, or triangulate users beyond standard IP geolocation.
• Scraping, bulk downloading, or reselling GeoPluck data without written permission.
• Bypassing rate limits, security controls, or using automated tools to overload the service.

Data and privacy

Treat IP addresses as personal data where applicable. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents and for complying with privacy laws such as GDPR or CCPA. Do not upload or store sensitive personal data in requests.

Rate limits and API keys

Use your API keys responsibly and keep them secure. Caching, batching, and rate limiting help keep the service fast for everyone. Attempts to evade quotas or share keys outside your organization are not allowed.

Enforcement
